“Researchers say: If your looking for an easy way to improve your health, try doing something that makes you happy. A study of nearly 3000 people finds, those who reported happy moods, had lower levels of stress hormones and markers of inflammation in the blood. The study by: The University College, London found; there is a biological benefit to happiness and that people should spend more time doing things that make them feel good.”
