Massage and Bodywork
As I start my journey into Bodywork and Massage a whole new world is opening up before me. I am introduced to so many paths that at this time I do not know which way to go. At this time I would like to discuss some of the modalities of Bodywork and Massage that I am slowly being introduced to and discern how effective and accepted they are in the medical community and the real world.
Some of the modalities I would like to start discussing would be: Touch for Health and Applied Kinesiology, Arvigo Mayan Abdominal Massage, Raindrop, Reiki and Cranio-Sacral Massage.
